The 'lost' squad of Infinity...

These guys have been in the image abyss for quite a while.  Just lost in the shuffle.

This was an interesting color scheme for me.  Kinda different from what I would normally do.  I did learn a new way to get a deep burgundy, which was cool.  I am also pretty sure that I was just starting to use the GW glazes when this project was done.

The Infinity/War Crow figures do have a lot of nice detail on them.  The faces are nicely sculpted as well.  There are a lot of tiny little pieces to attach on them as well, which can be a challenge.

I am pretty sure that the base are from DragonForge Designs as well.

The group shot.

I also did one of these big guys.  That was quite a chunk of metal!

Here's how the Uglies play Scrabble...

Iron kingdoms RPG Daniera Madise

Here's another Privateer Press figure from back in the day.  I don't know if it has found a place in Warmachine or not since its early days in the Iron Kingdoms RPG, but it was fun to paint.

I added some dried foliage from Michaels.  Sometimes the dyes they use for those has a pretty strong scent!  There are some foliage bundles that stink like crazy even after several years!

Raging Heroes: Kurganova sisters primed for painting...

Here's a sneak peek at the latest from Raging Heroes, which are now ready for some paint!

Both of these sets are special editions, and you will love them.

These are the Kurganova sisters, and their trusty companion Charlie!

As you have heard me mention many times, there is tons of detail here... and lots of options.  It was tough to choose from them all, but I went with these.

Also from Raging Heroes, we have the Konigsmark Sisters and Walter.  I tried to use some different options than the ones shown in the promo photos so that people can see all these options!  Again, hard to make those choices!

I will be doing some color tests on these, as I want to use some or all of these as subjects for the painting videos!  So, I am really looking forward to painting these ladies!!!

Valeria Alvaro, Iron Kingdoms RPG

I discovered some nifty old Iron Kingdoms RPG minis from Privateer Press.  I think some of these eventually were incorporated into the regular Warmachine and Hordes factions.

This is Valeria Alvaro

Smurf Tanks...

Here's a few views of some Vindicators I painted a while back.  It was very interesting, as I had to use metallic paints to match previous stuff they had painted.

That was really the biggest challenge.

Here's a few WIP images...

And a few finished images!

Intense action at the Royale...

Here are some fun pics that I took using my Mimes of Moria and a Chaos Dwarf team in the Royale Casino, a Blood Bowl stadium I have under construction.

I built grandstands on either side of the field, complete with locker rooms, places for gambling tables, fans, and more!

There were areas for rolling dice, and even a turn track using cards.  The house rule was that whoever had the better "hand" would get an extra re-roll.

I also had a large scoreboard, and even an announcer's booth!  The scoreboard was on the side of the field where the camera is...

Now for some on the field shots!

Pierre gets ready to square off against something that should be braised in a buttery sauce...

The lovely parasol insures a soft landing anywhere on the field!

Beware Le Fanatique!!

Francois stands by to toast with some Chablis...

Look out for the Star Bombardier!

A duel of wizards just before halftime.

Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my...

Here are some more of those "Mystery Miniatures" that were used for a set of RPG figures.  I have posted some of the other figures from this set before.  Lots of critters in snow!

These bears were particularly unusual, as you just don't see many bear miniatures.

When Cathy and I were working on that miniatures game of ours, one of the races we had thought about was an Ursae race.  Who knows, perhaps someday...

The bears were pretty decent to paint.  Not sure who made, them, though...

This one was particularly unusual, and huge!  I am pretty sure that was a 50mm base.

And then Sabre tooth guy.  We had a faction of female sabre tooths like this one planned.
