Ouch, did that hurt? Empire cavalry equivalents

That sure looked painful!  Somebody doesn't feel too good!  A pretty unusual wounded Knight...

Hot off the line... Pre Heresy Devastators

I just finished these guys a few hours ago!  I sort of like these a bit more than the usual plastic devastators.  Maybe it was just neat to see something different for a change, but I think they might be easier to work with on the table, and to pack/unpack for games.

Here you go!

Gamezone Empire equivalent cavalry

While there are lots of new and incredible Empire kits coming out for Warhammer from GW, there are these outrider figures done by Gamezone.  Nice hats!

Huge Ilyad Demon

This guy is not quite as big as the Ilyad Giant I posetd a few weeks ago, but it is pretty close!  To keep the red from getting to boring, I tried to use a variety of reds on it, shifting the color temperatures from a bit of orange to pinks and purples.

I guess it could make an interesting 40k demon prince!

Pre Heresy Imperial Fists Assault squad

This is one of three Pre Heresy Assault squads I have painted.  The first was a White Scars unit posted a few weeks ago.

I have a third, much larger, Blood Angels unit that I will post later this week.

More Ilyad Miniatures

The precision of the detail on these old Ilyad miniatures never ceases to amaze me.  They are always a dream to paint, since you don't have to try and paint over flaws or miscasts, etc.  I wish everything had that kind of attention to the smallest bit of a mini!

Here are a few more:
