The two biggest challenges with this figure was basing and getting the rider on the back of the bird itself. I used Apoxy sculpt to create a heavy base for the bird, which was obviously very top heavy! Fortunately, it was enough of a counterweight.
OMG! You are truly amazing artist. Love the colors and base is wonderful. Im on your blog everyday and i use to highest quality but this warhawk is outstanding.

The trolls are amazing! I love all the little details. Just one of them would be fantastic, but a giant horde of them is something to behold. Love the dragon too!!
I just wish I could explore more blogs, since it is so much fun to see all the different approaches people have to painting! So much to learn every single day...
