It looks like she had a lot of fun with this base! The Secret Weapon Miniatures torsos proved useful. I like the hand reaching up out of the water!!

Feelin' Blue?
More of the little guys!
For as insignificant as these guys can be in a game, the way the figures were sculpted offers the most opportunities for interesting painting effects. There is a balance of cleanly placed scales to bare skin that is great for color transitions or even elaborate markings.
The head crests are also another neat thing, which the saurus just don't have. The kroxigors probably have the least amount of nifty space for these fun effects, given all the heavy scales, etc.
The faces on the little guys also offer more opportunities to do color transitions! Group shots coming :-)
