When I was pondering my own Eldar army, I had thought about a bunch of wraithlords with Warlock babysitters on jetbikes (in squads themselves).

Chaplain miniature as Grey Knights Grand Master
As I have mentioned previously, the chaplain in terminator armor has been a favorite of mine. Like the Emperor's Champion, there seems to be no end of new ways to convert it into something else! One of those chaplain minis was quite handy to create a Grey Knights Grand master.
