The old Necron days...

When I was contemplating a Necron army back in the day, this was one guy I definitely wanted to paint!

It presented the perfect opportunity to combine some shiny NMM with spacescapes... what could be more fun!

Shiny spacescapes.  Those Necrons are gonna be a lot of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. That is so beautiful. I have mine very dark and reversed his scythe and built an obelisk that he looks like he is cutting through as pieces fly out in an arc. He was a real pain to balance being metal but, my God! That paint job! I love it so much! You have really out done yourself here.

  4. Wow. Again, you have produced something completely amazing!

That's from the good old days, alright, when Necrons were nameless, voiceless and unknowable and not given to stupid background fluff which just turned them into Space Mummies...

    What, me, bitter? HA!

    1. The army books have been brutal for years in both systems. Makes me sad...
