The Empire strikes back...


Here's another one of the Finecast figures.  "Fine" being a very subjective term, of course.  It really is crazy that I had to spend a few hours patching holes and resculpting stuff that wasn't there just to be able to paint it.

It would be different if there were not other companies out there producing quality that is so far above what GW seems to be capable of.

  1. What's funny about that is when I got my resin model of Angron from Forgeworld, I noticed that they are using the old resin to cast him and not Finecast. Speaks volumes of what the company thinks of it's own product don't you think?

    1. I was not so fortunate with some 40K stuff. They made it all out of the F-Cast resin, as I will refer to it from now on, and it was hideous. They are doing that for all weapon arms, as they wanted to package those in blisters list like the normal F-Cast figs.
