Pre Heresy Imperial Fists Assault squad

This is one of three Pre Heresy Assault squads I have painted.  The first was a White Scars unit posted a few weeks ago.

I have a third, much larger, Blood Angels unit that I will post later this week.

    The quality of these guys are just amazing.. how long is it taking you to achieve such effects??

    Thanks for checking ot the blog, and for the kid words!

    I don't use and airbrush for miniature painting... just the usual brushes :-) Glazing helps a lot when you are trying to blend areas together, which I why I usually start with lighter colors and then shade/tint darker.

    When I get more time, I will be putting up some 'how to' articles that will probably cover that.
