ReplyDeleteI like the gold aspect of the armour. Are you doing that using the same colours for yellow but adding lights and shadows in extreme proportion? It looks amazing! Special mention to the inlaid wording on the banner - they look real!
What do you use for yellow? It looks like a yellow ochre over a raw umber base coat with white highlights.
ReplyDeleteI used a Vallejo tan with a bit of reaper walnut for the darkest colors. GW Tauscept ochre and Iyanden Darksun were used for the middle and lighter tones. I mixed in some yellow white to create the lightest shades...
