The gang's all here... finally!
OK! I processed the images of the unit. I have been wanting to see this sight for a long long time! It made me really happy to see them together. For those who are not so familiar with these, there are lots of WIP images of the sculpting and the rest of the process in earlier posts.
Fantastic work James! One quick question about glazing. How do you know what colours will work well to create the end colour that you're looking for? Is there something that I'm missing or is it just your years as a watercolour and pastle artist enables your eye better than mine to determine which colours to use. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see more!! Thanks in advance. :)
Sometimes I have well established color mixes that I use, and those are very predicatble. More an more, everything is very up in that air, and is decided on the fly, especialy for armies like this tainted Tomb King force! Nurgle and other chaos armies tend to be this way as well. Besides, that's where all the fun is!
Also, paint colors come and go, so you always end up having to find new mixes anyway...
Amazing work .
