Magnificent Egoes Dragon Knight

I painted this back in 2005 or 2006.  It was a lot of fun, but it had a crazy mix of metal and resin parts.  The flaming mane was mostly metal, which made it very top heavy.

OK, working on Finecast is a lot like wearing sandpaper underpants.  There are numerous foibles to that product, but the latest is the resistance to not just primer, but even liquid green stuff.  You can't use simple green, so all you can do is wash it off and hope for the best.

Anyway, here she is!

These may be my favorite Confrontation minis.  They would make some very nice demon princes or some form of chaos figures for WFB or even 40k if converted well enough!
